Terms of Service

Last updated: January 18, 2026

Agreement to Terms

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Services

EDH El Dorado Hills Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and related services. All services are provided according to written estimates and contracts. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Service availability may vary by location and season.

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise specified. Pricing may change based on material costs, site conditions, or project scope changes. Any changes to the original scope of work will be documented and require written approval before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service contract. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your contract.

You are responsible for any costs associated with collecting overdue payments, including reasonable attorney fees and collection costs. We reserve the right to place a lien on your property for unpaid balances in accordance with state law.

Scheduling and Delays

We make every effort to complete work on schedule. However, delays may occur due to weather, material availability, site conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for damages or losses resulting from reasonable delays. If delays occur, we will communicate with you and reschedule as soon as possible.

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area and for removing any obstacles that might interfere with our work. Additional charges may apply if site conditions differ significantly from what was expected during the initial estimate.

Warranty and Liability

We warrant our workmanship for one year from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in our installation work but does not cover damage from external factors such as ground movement, freezing and thawing, improper maintenance, or acts of nature. Concrete may naturally develop small cracks due to shrinkage, and these are not covered under warranty.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We carry appropriate insurance coverage and maintain all required licenses.

Property Access and Safety

By hiring us, you grant us access to your property during scheduled work hours. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden items not identified before work begins. You are responsible for identifying and marking the location of any underground utilities or systems.

Work areas may be hazardous during and after construction. You are responsible for keeping children and pets away from work areas. Newly poured concrete must cure properly, and walking or driving on it before it is ready can cause damage not covered under warranty.

Permits and Regulations

We will obtain necessary permits when required by local building codes. You are responsible for ensuring your project complies with any homeowner association rules or deed restrictions. We are not responsible for permit denials or delays caused by issues with your property title, HOA requirements, or other non-construction related matters.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel a scheduled project, deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or if we have reserved time and resources for your project. Cancellation policies will be specified in your service contract. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule work due to weather, safety concerns, or other reasonable factors.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in El Dorado County, California, in accordance with California law. Each party will bear their own costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise. This agreement to arbitrate does not affect your rights under any applicable consumer protection laws.
